The Restore Trust & The Key – Unlock Potential announce new board of trustees

The Restore Trust and The Key – Unlock Potential, are delighted to announce The Key’s new board of trustees.

This follows a successful search campaign conducted by Executive Search Firm Moon Consulting Ltd, who utilised their senior leadership network to identify a group of exceptional individuals to help form this new board of trustees.

The Key plans to develop and convert premises in Bristol into an exciting retail/café outlet and provide up to 26 paid employment placements for people leaving prison. This will help address the most pressing issues facing them on release from prison, including access to education, employment, rehabilitation support, poverty, inclusivity.

The search campaign was led by Executive Search Consultant Sandy Hinks and used a wide range of expert search techniques and precision advertising, to establish a initial Board of 9 talented Trustees to grow and develop this new charity.

‘The premise behind setting up this charity was met with lots of interest from the people we approached’, comments Sandy, ‘and there is no doubt the Charity’s stated vision to help the rehabilitation of ex-offenders and give them the opportunity of paid work, has resonated positively in the community.’

Suzanne Thompson, CEO of The Restore Trust, who set up this new charity said;

‘We’d like to take this time to thank Moon Consulting and Sandy Hinks for their support, in locating and securing 9 Trustees.  The people that Moon Consulting secured for us come with a vast and wide range of skill sets, different industry sectors and community networks in, and around, Bristol and the South West.  The diversity and reach of this new board was important for this new charity to grow and expand and reach it’s aims and goals’
