The Restore Trust has achieved accreditations for the Social Enterprise Mark and Matrix Standards, the quality benchmark for excellent advice and guidance services.

The Restore Trust provides one-to-one employment support, career planning and guidance service for unemployed people who require help to access training and employment opportunities.

 

How we can help

Our specialist employability career advisors can support clients to make a personalised career focused action plan, taking into account both immediate needs and longer-term goals, with the goal of entering employment, training or education.

  • One-to-one support - Our employability career advisors will create a personalised plan to guide you into employment, education or training.
  • Work experience - We can help with work placement and trials to gain valuable experience through our network of employers.
  • Signposting - We can put you in touch with a range of organisations in the West of England, such as accommodation services, debt management, substance misuse etc.
  • Job preparation - We deliver employability work-shops and offer a range of services such as CV writing and interview techniques and drop-in job clubs to assist in job searches.
  • Skills development - We can help develop vocational skills by access to a range of accredited training as well as our 1-1 work to develop soft skills such as confidence, self-esteem and personal development.
  • Access to training - We have a range of vocational training courses delivered on-site and can help with accessing training, apprenticeships and colleges.

This course is designed for people working in or aspiring to work in the construction industry. Its objective is to prepare you for employment in construction, giving you the knowledge required to undertake jobs safely. Successful completion of this course and the CITB Operatives Health, Safety and Environment knowledge test will enable you to apply for the CSCS Labourer’s card (valid for five years), which will be paid for by The Restore Trust.

This course has family friendly hours of 10am to 2.30pm.

Schools rely on the expertise of support staff to ensure their environment remains a safe and engaging space for pupils to learn and flourish. The Restore Trust is excited to be working with Ocado to support them hiring Warehouse Operatives for all areas of the recently opened, high-tech warehouse in Bristol. This isn’t just an ordinary warehouse - it uses innovative and state of the art technology and joining Ocado as a Warehouse Operative means you’ll be working for the world’s largest and fastest-growing online grocery retailer in an extremely safe and clean, fast-paced, warehouse environment.

As well as a recognised accredited qualification you will also have a guaranteed interview with the employer on completion of the programme.

This course is designed to prepare you with all the skills you need to work as a Warehouse Operative. You will learn:
